Injured wild bird

There is a injured bird in our back yard. I am not sure what to do for it, but I gave it a piece of bread and a lid with some water in it. I am looking for a organization that is willing and able to come get the bird and nurse it back to health. I think it's a sparrow, but I am not sure. Thank you so much.

Sorry for the delayed reply, our office internet went down last week. Our department does not directly work with wildlife.  I think the best office to contact would be Montana Fish and Game. The number for them is 454-5840.

I hope they can help you with your backyard friend!
