There is a horrendous amount of refuse that has been left in the 1500 block of 12th alley south. Garbage was picked up on Tuesday and a truck was also here yesterday Aug 21st. I spent the better part of a half hour picking up garbage that blew into my yard from last night's storm. Can sonething be done?!
