This dog was picked up for running the streets yesterday and given back to the owner and the reason the dog gets out is because it's lonely and is unattended by its owner and now that it is unable to get out of the yard it is constantly barking for attention and it is very annoying to listen to this barking all the time and that's why I'm filing a complaint against this person that lives at 109 Riverview place
This is not the dogs fault this is the owner's Fault by not giving the dog attention

I appreciate the action that was taken concerning the dog the only bad thing now is the owner has put a muzzle on the dog and the dog is whining now and not sure if it can eat or drink as I have stated before this owner does not care about this dog and I don't understand why he has the dog as he does not care for it and the dog is the one getting punished not the owner.
This dog needs to be taken away from this owner ask the dog is neglected I had to put in a 6-foot fence between us because I cannot stand to watch how neglectful he is to the dog now I don't know if the dog is going to be able to get water or food.

Janice Wenzek, thank you for contacting us.  I will forward the information you provided to our Animal Control Officers.  To make reports, file complaints, or speak to animal control, please contact dispatch at 406-727-7688 option 5.  Dispatch will be able assist by sending an animal control officer to the animal in question, or they may take all necessary information needed and send it to the animal control officers to follow up on the incident.
