There is a dog that the owner's refuse to keep quite in the vicinity of Warden Park on 13th Ave South between 2nd and 4th street. It's 10:45 pm and some of us have to work in the morning. This has been on going for the past several weeks, and as much as I hate doing this, I need to report it, as it keeps me awake every night.
