The project on Encino Drive is nearing completion (ahead of schedule). I have had the pleasure of visiting with Russ, John, Kyle, and Anthony. All are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and conversive. They have a good working relationship with United Materials and performed their job responsibilities admirably. I enjoyed watching the project and was impressed by all the workers, whether City employees or United employees. I am extremely pleased with the project thus far and look forward to visiting with James from Greenup Landscaping as they work on the landscaping completion. I assume that this will go as well as the road, sidewalk, and driveway construction. Thank you for the diligence and efforts to make our neighborhood more passable and attractive. I am sure that phase II of the Encino Drive redo will go as well. Please pass along my thanks to your staff.
