Constant Barking from neighbors dog.

Hello,
I’m not sure if this is the correct place to come tact, but who can I call about my neighbors dog. He constantly barks, and everytime I let my dog outside he aggressively barks the entire time my dog is outside. My dog never barks back, he is actually nervous every time he sees their dog. He has also broken through the fence multiple times and “attacked” my dog, nothing super aggressive, but the point of it is that the dog gets so crazy he breaks through their old fence and I have to get it back into their yard. They only ever call him inside after 30-40 minutes of constant barking, and when they aren’t home they leave him outside. I’ve tried just ignoring it, but when I’m in my backyard trying to do anything, or my dog is trying to play, etc, this dog is barking, no matter what.

Also, do you know who to contact about surveying property to see who owns which fence? The only option I can think of is to build a brand new fence, but I am not sure who owns it.

All Animal Control issues are handled by the Animal Control Officers under the Great Falls Police Department. As for the surveying question, the City doesn’t assess property lines. You would need to contract with a property surveyor to conduct this assessment.
