273 - 16th Ave south has a German Shepard that barks day and night. Every time someone walks by or is in the yard in our rental which is 269 16th Ave South the dog barks. The renters are unable to sit on the deck due to the constant noise. They are asking to put up a privacy barrier to see if it will help. I live across the street 274 and also can't leave my windows open due to the noise. I have not spoken to the neighbors which would be the kind thing to do but they will not speak to anyone and have not been receptive when others have complained.
