Belligerent city employee
A young male, small build, darker skin and an afro, wearing a city uniform and hard hat was seen throwing trash in the street at the corner of 13th ave s and 18th st at approximately 5pm Thursday June 6th. He seems to have been intoxicated or possibly special needs. After yelling profanities and dumping garbage, he was seen sitting on the porch for at 1724 14th ave s with the other hoodlums that are constantly causing problems there. The police say there is nothing that can be done about it. What kind of people are working for the city? My children and I cannot be outside while these people are outside of their home. Sometimes up to 9 vehicles parked outside, there always seems to be a party and/or fights going on. This neighborhood was actually a good one until recently. It surprises me that police and the owner of the home dont care to address the problem. What can I do other than pick up the trash and keep my children inside at all times?
