Good morning My wife and I are interested and buying a vacant lot. 2708 castle pines. We are from out of town and would appreciate any info you have the lot. I am guessing the geo tech report is required but we don't see a problem since there are so many houses in the area. I just don't want to get caught having to put piles in the ground like the hill top lot we look at above wallmart. Anyway any info you may have and who else we might be able to chat with would be great.
