3425 2nd Ave So Renters are Neglecting the Yard Work !!! 90% of yard is Weeds for lack of maintenance or weed control. Overgrown at this time. Also has an abandoned cloths washer in the yard, been there for over a year , West side of Garage, miscellaneous stuff Abandoned in Yard , exposed to the alley view. Junky, Deteriorating Picnic Table on East side of the house, Exposed to the Street . Wooden Porch, Eye Sore on East Side of house needs to be Rebuilt and or painted . Trim around Sliding Door has never been finished or painted. Installed at least 9 years ago, thats how long I have lived next door. The House Itself is in Dire Need of a Paint Job. It probably has needed a paint job for 20 years or more based on the current condition. I Don't know how much, if anything you can do to improve on this Neglect but anything you can do would be Greatly Appreciated , not only by me, but the rest of my Neighbors have the same Opinion of this ongoing situation, for lack of attention, as the Renters Come and Go. I Hope this is head to the Correct person ? I talked to Debbie, last Fall about all of this. Thanx for you time. Sincerely Jeff

Contacted citizen by email.  Noted to Jeff that all other issues would have to be dealt with by Planning.  I gave him Heather's number and a copy of their complaint form.  I know he has already submitted this complaint form but that is their process.
