Utility rebates for your new cattery
The National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) would like offer our assistance with the energy efficiency aspects of your project at the Great Falls Shelter, specifically your new cattery. NCAT can help identify efficiency opportunities and secure NorthWestern Energy Efficiency Plus rebates for those measures. NCAT is a NorthWestern Energy program contractor and has, since the program’s inception, been successful in developing rebate applications for qualifying energy-efficiency projects. The cost of our services is paid for by NorthWestern Energy.
Our expertise and experience allow us to help building owners and contractors with the Efficiency Plus program procedures, so you don't have to wade through the rebate programs details. It works best if we are involved in projects during the design phase, so that we can make recommendations on system and equipment selection to maximize rebates and energy savings. We will review the project, identify the rebates, and develop the rebate or incentive application. Lighting rebates offer a real opportunity right now, but the program has strict requirements regarding qualifying fixtures. Similarly, air-conditioning, hot water, and other systems must also comply with very specific program criteria.
NCAT is a non-profit organization headquartered in Butte with a 35 years of experience with clean energy and sustainability technologies. More information about NCAT’s commercial energy services is available at www.ncat.org/commercial-energy-services/.
If you are interested, and the facility is served by NorthWestern Energy, please contact me so we can explore this opportunity. Feel free to send me an email or give me a call.
Sincerely,
