I would like to make a complaint about excessive garbage at 4124 3rd Ave North. This is an apartment building who uses Waste Management so I realize the city is not responsible for pick up. I just want you to be aware that they have two smallish receptacles and as soon as the garbage is picked up, there is garbage overloaded just as quickly, often surrounding the entire area around the receptacles as well as overflowing in them. There has also been several times where large pieces of furniture left out there and we have to call Waste Management several times before they will acknowledge that they service that address and pick it up. We have pictures if needed. I am also sending a message tomWaste Management.

I am sorry, I gave you the wrong address for this complaint. The correct address is 4123 3rd Ave South. I have tried calling Waste Management on this and they have come and picked up the large things in the past but not before denying the address was theirs. This is an apartment building and there is just overflow of garbage daily.

Sanitation Manager contacted citizen through email.  This property is on City service and will be monitored over the next couple of weeks by the driver for an overflow problem.
