Peter Madison is the father of my daughter and has recently started doing meth. He is a registered violent offender and he left Billings to take off to Great Falls after I was granted a 3 year restraining order for both myself, my daughter and my son. I have notified Billings police several times of violations but because I do not have more information of where he is, they can't help me. Peter often makes fake Facebook accounts to message me. Last night he sent me what appears to be a suicide note. I realize I should be calling 911 for this but I have no idea where in great Falls he is and his roommate Mike Tothill is not responding to my messages. I am just wondering if there is anything that can be done. I am concerned for his welfare, but I am also tired of constantly being harassed by someone I have a restraining order against.
