I am working on behalf of CenturyLink to obtain a copy of the certificate of general liability insurance for contractor "Fairfield Custom Fence". On 4/12/2017 they damaged an underground cable when installing a fence at 2520 Larkspur Ln. Does the City require contractors to submit their liability insurance for permits, licensing or registration Thank You

Tammy Baber spoke with Richard on 12/4/18 and explained that we do not require any kind of insurance for a fencing contractor and the property in question was in the county.
