Vehicles in a Residential Lot

This is a general question. Can vehicles such as a cargo trailer, RV, boat and a car all be parked in a lot owned by a resident that is not adjacent to their house? All vehicles are currently licensed?

Good afternoon Mr. Capp. I was nice speaking with you this morning. I just wanted to follow-up with our conversation concerning the property located at 211 Dunn Ct, unless the residential lot has a principal use (a structure like a house) it can’t be used for a parking lot or storage. If there was a house on the property and space allowed for off-street parking (with the required surfacing) then the vehicles could be parked on that parcel as long as they were in compliance with all applicable City codes.
