To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing to confirm that you received the hard copy of my application package for the HPO position. I had to send it in via USPS because after filling it out online, when I attempted to upload it to your system, it said that the file was too large. I sent this package on August 6th, and I am just looking to confirm that you did receive it.
I do not see the HPO job listed anymore as accepting applications- has the position been filled?
