Hi, Julie!  Thanks for your email about 2809 7th Ave N.  Unfortunately, I am unable to make any changes in the system until both you and the buyer have completed the closing at the title company.  Please call the City of Great Falls Utilities Department on Friday, after the closing, at (406) 727-7660.  At that time, we will need the name of the buyer off of the Buy/Sell agreement and we will initiate the final meter read for Monday, 8/27 in order to prepare your final bill. 

 

If for some reason your closing is delayed or postponed, we cannot reactivate an account that has been inactivated and we will lose the history on your account. That’s why we wait until the closing has been completed.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
