I have just paid my water bill online, which is how I pay every month. The payment was overdue----because your website has been out of order "unable to connect" for SEVERAL days. (I tried from multiple devices, my phone, home computer, work computer). This has happened before, what is the issue???

Good morning, Kathi!  Thanks for your email.  Our website for payments was down on Friday and didn’t get fixed until yesterday morning.  I don’t know what caused the crash.  Your payment is posted and the account looks good.  The next bill will generate on July 25th.  Let me know if you have any other questions.  In the future, if you experience problems with the website, please call me directly so I can expedite the fix.  Issues don’t always get reported to me timely.
