Check the Status of Your Ticket

On Monday, April 30th my daughter went to lunch with a friend. The friend wrote her phone#, name and said she was over 18 on a piece of paper and gave it to a cashier at the NW side Taco Bell named Lee. My daughter heard Lee say he was 30 years old. The girl she was with is not over 18 and in fact doesn't turn 18 until July. My daughter went to work and after work around 10pm called her to find out where she was so she could visit before coming home for the night. She was told they were at Greybill Park near 38th Street. She went there and this girl told her that she had come there to meet the guy from Taco Bell. This man had walked from the area of Gibson park to meet her. This girl then told her boyfriend about this guy coming to meet her and the boyfriend rounded up 3 other boys and the 4 of them ambushed this man at the park and beat him up. My daughter arrived after the incident had taken place and this girl was bragging to her about it. This girl has left home, her parents live on 2nd Ave N between 34th and 35th St. My daughter and I went and talked to them to let them know that she was not allowed to stay at my son's apartment and the landlord also did not want her to be there. My son is disabled and likes to help people, but ends up getting used by people such as this. We informed her that she not able to stay there and she needed to move. She went crazy yelling, screaming and freaking out at myself and my daughter. Then almost fell while she was screaming at me to get out of her way while I was standing by her. She was extremely confrontational and my daughter told her that she wasn't going to tolerate it. I asked the landlord to come and she tried to talk to her also, in which the girl screamed at her. The landlord told her that she wasn't yelling at her and she needed to show some respect and listen. The girl took a couple bags of stuff and left on foot. We don't know where she went at this point. We then called her Dad to let him know what had happened and he came to get the rest of her things and a couple of mini fridges he'd brought for her to use.

Our main concern at this point is the man that she lured to the park, knowing that her boyfriend had friends and was planning to attack the man. It was done maliciously and with the intent of causing harm.

This girl is Erin England. She was recently released from probation after having gotten into trouble and she pulled this type of behavior last year with my daughter. We reported the incidents to her probation officer, Angela with Youth courts at the time. She was stealing and lying to everyone back then and this has apparently not changed.

Her boyfriend is Kevin Wilkerson - he is a minor and age 17 if I remember correctly. The other two boys that my daughter was able to identify was Eli Palmer and Shawnte Belcourt. There was one more boy but we don't know who it was.
