The new neighbor at 1513 Central Ave is overfilling trash can with yard debris. You might want to send him a list of rules to prevent this in the future.

The Sanitation Manager checked on the area.  He will send a letter on what they can and can't put in the container.  However, the City Code is currently being revised and grass bags will be allowed to be put in all containers.  If you have any questions please call the Sanitation Manager at 771-1401.
