Question about visiting Great Falls

I was interested in taking a trip to Great Falls, MT and I plan on traveling via Amtrak from Philadelphia PA. I see that the closest station is in Shelby Montana, and I just want to know what options I would have from getting to Great Falls from Shelby via public transportation, taxi or Uber? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
