Between the hours of 1pm and 2pm on Monday March 19th I saw a small green car driving on 6th Street Southwest heading south. It had a wrinkled engine hood . It completely passed us in a turn lane and exceeding the speed limit. I was able to get a partial plate.

It seemed unusal. Traveling above the speed limit with the damage to the front of the car made me think it was involved in a collision.

Dear Anonymous, thanks for the info - I checked the log and found nothing that matched what you saw, for instance, a hit & run accident. I did forward the info to our patrol teams.
