Good Morning
I am the ACO for Livingston and I am trying to find out how the reclaim policy for you works.
My main questions are what is reclaim fee for both cats and dogs? Do you vaccinate all the animals as they come in?
Does this get charged back to customer, or is it included in the reclaim fee? what is your boarding if longer than one day? Also are the required to purchase license before reclaiming and if so how is that accomplished? Do you sell the licenses there?
