receipts previously on visor had been taken either overnight or while walking to get a higher jack to get tire change completed

while car jacked up, had lugbolts off, most of jack up, and replacement tire from out of compartment ready to put on
after walking a mile in 10 below zero weather to get the jack out of garage

went to continue change / tire
had the equipment sort of 'jack' working after figuring out the hydraulic part had to be turned to the right to make it work

no, I've got it, just have to move the jack to a higher surface under vehicle

I'm figuring he probably reported his 'generosity' to the STATE and they will hide charges somewhere to IMPOSE his 'help' on me
which AT THAT TIME this a.m., was not really needed nor wanted

THEN he shoved 13.00 cash at me & said 'take that and get the tire fixed', which was neither accepted nor needed after 27 years / employment, little funding though it was,
I suppose he was going to say 'I stole his wallet' or something
WHEN MORE THAN LIKELY IT"s the other way around & he's acting like he's being 'generious' and 'helpful'

OUR GRANDFATHER's name was JIM LOGAN of BUTLER PA
so I'm not sure if the trust fund placed in hospital he and Grandmother intended for 'comfort and education'
got turned into, instead, IDENTITY THEFT and a bunch of created circumstances by those who did it to justify taking my trust fund from Grandparents (step-Jim) and Carolene Cross-Stephens-Logan

JUST SO HE DOESN"T GET AWAY WITH TURNING THINGS AROUND
and IMPOSING himself on me when I"m not responsible for the person who's claiming to be my SELF via position on clock and RIPPING ME OFF, from both sides, MIKE on 7:00 and 15 / 5:00 POSITION

3 times they've let air out of tire at Mom's
the most recent before last night 384 days ago on DATE same # as cousin Sydne Kolstad-George and her spouse Mike's names per ASCII sum / letters 390 & 515 = 1206
date was 12/09/2016 when 4 below zero
2 weeks before that someone had let air out of right rear tire
about the same time someone at Community Recreation Center fowled up the treadmill by raising one foot higher than the other and disabled my knee for about a month / pain
WHEN THE SPARE retrieved out of the trunk 2 weeks later, 12/09/2016
found someone had switched out the spare to one that doesn't fit, though rim, not the tire size
HENCE it would have, if not caught, potentially have put a TWIST (like the treadmill example) on the axle of the car and ruined it as well as the twist they did on my knee
(GUY SAME HEIGHT AND PREPPY sort of dress as uncle walking out of gym same time as me going in on day of WOUNDING .... he had said in a prior conversation 'you put yourself up higher than everyone else' and 'you have no chance' while clad in navy jogging suit (I've never been in a speed competition, just workout to take care of myself and he won state track during his high school years, a 1956 graduate, other hurtful comments 'you don't have any friends; you just have people who want things from you.')

IT LOOKS TO ME LIKE THEY"RE IMPOSING 'same' circumstance as Grandmother Carolene, who married Jim Logan at age 41; they knew each other in High School
her file in courthouse looks like she had nothing; his brothers said 'she didn't have anything before she married Jim, so anything she had in the house is ours.' (Jim's brothers were his business partners in 'Logan Candy Co.')
SHE WORKED as a bookkeeper from the time Dad was 2 years of age, 11/29/1935 when his father Howard Stephens ABANDONED him and his Mother; say she made 2.00 / hour, 20 years, full time; that's not nothing; it's $83,200.00 BEFORE her 2nd marriage 10/15/1955 announced on 9/28/1955...... after she died 7/23/1973, the brothers (Sam and Glenn) raided the house, with their wives, after she died; Jim had a stroke a little while later and died during 1/1978 just before my woodshop 'accident' I do not think could really be attributable to happenstance
SIBLING had piranha and fed them hamburger, before during and after 3/1978 incident I no longer believe to be 'accident' with the 'joiner' in woodshop taught at that time by Mel Mattingly
Mr. Mattingly said 'it looks like hamburger' about the wounded hand he had running under water behind my back just before Uncle's surgeon friend healed the wounding someone they know did on purpose
