I am the International Program Director at Great Falls Central Catholic High School. We are going to have a Chinese New Year celebration on Friday, February 16, 2018 and would like to light off some fireworks. Is there any kind of permits we need to apply for? We are also willing to pay whatever fees may need to be taken care of.
