I know of a person using a disability placard and it isn't theirs to use, she lives in Austin Hall and her name is Caroline Tyler in room 206. Her placard #' A 087961 Expired 17 April under the initials of S.A.S. Please let her know she is violating the laws of the disabled and deserves NO RESPECT.
