There are multiple trees in Sunrise park with dead branches, some of them have been dead for a couple years now, and some have started breaking.

The forestry division takes care of the trees in the boulevard district and the city parks. They have been working on the "hazardous" trees for several years and when that is complete (hopefully this year) they will then move onto the maintenance trimming which is where the trees in Sunnyside Park fall into. If you see a tree that is hazardous to the public please contact the forestry division at 771-1265.
