Median and Welcome area on 10th Ave. S.

Could you please tell me why the median on 10th Ave. S. between Fox Farm Road and the Warden Bridge is not being watered? The dead and dying grass and trees are extremely unattractive. It's also sad to watch them die. I have the same question and comment regarding the Welcome to Great Falls area in the same area. It makes a poor impression on visitors to our community. It also makes the residents feel a bit ashamed.

Thank you for your inquiry.  The sprinklers are now back up and working.  Park and Rec Staff has been dealing with multiple issues with the system for that area.  They had to repair the pump and have been addressing electrical issues for a better part of the summer.  They have their fingers crossed that the system is fixed but they are continuing to monitor the system.  Thanks, Krista
