at intersection of 14th street and central, unbeknownst to me left brake light out, officer / car # 65, license plate 2*16014B turned on lights
they then issued warning # same as comment by M.D> 8175 who has been maliciously targeting me, since 9/14/2002, and deciding how much and when I'm going to pay AGAIN the same nominal sums from prior periods,
they then pulled over car with license plate 2*42519A

maybe it's just a coincidence that a $885.00 cashier's check, AFTER M.D. raided wallet, accounts, etc. (they said they
had me in hospital so they could go through my stuff, one item of which social security cars which has

and $341.00, all of which from earnings / E+T from EMPLOYMENT, JECO and BCBS)
and a little more in terms of finances originally remitted to me / hours / employment / tasks employers HAD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT prior to attempted relocation to Seattle 28th / May 2005
TIMING / pulling me over Saturday 6/18/2017
seems a little more than coincidental, though I also think safety in traffic best practice even if pulling over a tail light issue
I THOUGHT I had to pay the rent 6/21/2002, so the landlord received, not only $885.00 to get door open but 75.8% of summer's AFTER W2 earnings, because it seemed necessary to stay in good standing to avoid being thrown OUT
