To whom it may concern,

My name is Kean Haunt, and I am a company member with the Agile Rascal Bicycle Touring Theatre. We create free, family friendly new plays that we tour entirely by bicycle. We are currently in residency at the Ursuline Center here in Great Falls as we create our newest play, which we will perform on June 30th to kick off our tour around the state. On August 11th we will arrive back in Great Falls for the final show of our tour, which we are hoping to perform outdoors somewhere in Great Falls. I contacted Parks and Recreation today by phone, and they suggested I write you a letter inquiring about a suitable park for this event.

We don’t have many requirements for this space, except for some open grass for our stage (about 10x20 ft.) and space for an audience to sit on the ground. In our training rides around Great Falls, we have come across a number of beautiful parks, including one with a blue bandstand. We would hope to begin our performance around 7 pm, for the sake of daylight, and would be done around 8. The event will be free, and friendly to all ages. It would be great to talk to you about a suitable venue.
