************* Update: ************ He's still living in the R.V. and has a power cord running from his R.V. to the Salvation Army, over the public blvd. and sidewalk. He regularly disturbs the peace and is leaving lawn tools, totes, garbage bags and the like on the blvd. next to his R.V. We have been complaining about this for months now and nothing has changed. He is in direct violation of City Code # 10.73 (living on the street in a R.V.) and running a cord over a public sidewalk / blvd. and leaving a R.V. parked on the street for an extended amount of time. He is disturbing the peace by running his generator at all hours of the night and morning and making noise partying with his visiting friends. Lately, he's been staring my wife and I down and giving us dirty looks outside of his trailer when we're outside because he knows that we complained about him. He works at the Salvation Army M-F.
