The State of Montana building codes allows substitution of a bottled water cooler for the requirement in place of a drinking fountain for hospitals, Clinics are usually listed as a Business and there are no drinking fountain requirements;
There may be a requirement from the State of Montana Health Department if they oversee these buildings.
