I'm sorry, but the City's site doesn't try to be a portal for the entire community, and the calendar is only for City meetings, City-sponsored events, and events taking place in City facilities.

Does the route for the run require closing a City street?  If so, the Special Events and Street Closures permit should generate an announcement on the site.

I would suggest submitting the event to the calendars at Visit Great Falls (https://visitgreatfallsmontana.org), the Tribune's "Hot Ticket" (https://www.greatfallstribune.com/hot-ticket/), KFBB (https://www.abcfoxmontana.com/great-falls/), KRTV (https://krtv.com/), and the local radio stations.
