Mr. Blumberg,

The disposition of your case would be a record of the court.  Please contact the court that handled your case.  I have listed their numbers below if you are unsure of which one it was.  Typically, under current procedures, the court will notify the state of the disposition and the state would record the info in a database known as CJIN (Criminal Justice Information Network).  I don’t believe CJIN existed at the time of your case, so I am not certain how records were handled.  Jason Bright with Montana DOJ may be able to assist.  I have also listed his contact information below.  I did check the police department arrest files for your information, however nothing was found.  This could simply be due to the age of the case and retentions have expired.
