Submit Evidence

You must file a police report prior to submitting evidence.  This method is only to be used for CD/DVD evidence, thumb drive evidence, and witness/victim statements. 

To submit evidence you will have to print the PDF form below titled, CD/DVD Evidence/Statement Submission, fill the form out and submit the evidence with the form either by mail, or by dropping it off in the lobby of the Police Department.  

**This form is most typically utilized to when reporting shoplifting crimes where video evidence is available.  The attached form must be completed and accompany the the evidence.  Evidence can be dropped off at the Great Falls Police Department or mailed to the Police Department.
