Honor Guard Logo

The Great Falls Police Department's Honor Guard was formed in 2007 and currently consists of several sworn members who volunteer their time to represent the Police Department at different functions across the community.

The Honor Guard is fully capable of providing complete law enforcement honors to former law enforcement officers who have passed after retirement or officers having passed in the line of duty.  Funeral Honors that can be provided are restricted to former law enforcement officers and the levels of honors vary, case by case.

The Honor Guard is frequently utilized to post the Montana and United States Flag at many different functions such as graduations, sporting events, and conferences.

You can request to utilize the Great Falls Police Department's Honor Guard for a community event by contacting, Captain Doug Otto.
