Chadwick Memorial Mural Dedication
GREAT FALLS, Montana – The 30th anniversary of the line-of-duty death of Great Falls Police Department Senior Police Officer Shane Chadwick is happening soon. Active and retired members of the Great Falls Police Department (GFPD) are hosting a special ceremony to dedicate a mural created in honor of Chadwick and his sacrifice.
All community members are invited to attend the short ceremony, taking place in the alley where Chadwick was killed in the early morning hours of September 7, 1994, while investigating a noise complaint. Chadwick was the last of five GFPD officers killed in the line of duty.
