Parking Issues on residential street

I live on Clover Drive and almost every day the people that live at 2736 Clover Drive park their large truck and very long trailer up to the edge of the stop sign and most of the time the truck and trailer are sitting out into the street at least 4 foot away from the curb. They park on both sides of the street in front of their house. It is very dangerous turning onto that street because of the large truck and trailer and the way they park it. Is there anything that can be done about this? Any help is appreciated.
