Good Morning Rich - staff is working on substantial changes to that provision.  The proposed changes will first come before the Planning Advisory Board on February 14th, and then at a Commission work session and subsequent meetings.  All of the meetings are open to the public.  The agendas for the meetings will be posted here:  https://greatfallsmt.net/meetings, as well as the supporting documents.
