On occasion there is a possibility that three or more members of a Neighborhood Council may be attending an event or function initiated or not initiated by the City of Great Falls. When the Neighborhood Council Liaison is made aware of Council invitations or notified of upcoming events/occasions not initiated by the Neighborhood Council, a Notice of possible quorum will be posted below. There may be instances that a quorum occurs at an event by happenstance. However, during these informal gatherings, there will be no Council agenda, no deliberations, no decisions made, and no minutes taken/prepared.
- Neighborhood Council #1 members Mike Flaherty, Everett Hall, and Pat M. Goodover II regularly attend the Uptown Optimists meeting at the Pit Stop in Black Eagle on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. but do not discuss Neighborhood Council business.
- Neighborhood Council 2 members that are available are participating in a CommUNITY Clean-up Event on Friday 4/25/25 at 10 am - West Side Viaduct Park.
- Neighborhood Council 7 members that are available are participating in a CommUNITY Clean-up Event on Saturday 4/26/25 9 am - Carter Park.
- Neighborhood Council 5 members that are available are participating in a CommUNITY Clean-up Event on Saturday 5/3/25 at 9 am - Russell Park.
- Neighborhood Council 3 members that are available are participating in a CommUNITY Clean-up Event on Saturday 4/26/25 at 9 am - Valley View Park then Riverview Park.
- Neighborhood Council 8 members that are available are participating in a CommUNITY Clean-up Event on Saturday 4/26/25 at 10 am - Memorial Park.
