Neighborhood Council Meeting and Ice Cream Social - July 18-21

Great Falls Neighborhood Councils #5 and #8 are hosting the following activities next week:

Neighborhood Council #5's (NC#5) monthly meeting is hosted on Monday, July 18, at 7:00 pm in the Great Falls Clinic Specialty Center Conference Room, 3000 15th Avenue South. Agenda items* include Ken Palsin's trip to Poland and Ukraine refugee crisis presentation, Great Falls Police Department presentation, Council Facebook page update, ice cream social, and neighborhood concerns. Neighborhood Council #8 (NC#8) invites residents to participate in the 19th Annual Ice Cream Social on Thursday, July 21, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in Memorial Park, 19th Street and 2nd Avenue North. Ice cream and root beer floats will be served. The social is free and open to the public, thanks to the generosity of Meadow Gold and the council members. In Great Falls, there are currently 9 Neighborhood Councils. Their purpose is to serve the citizens of Great Falls by providing a direct link to City government within the neighborhoods.  Each Council is made up of 5 members who were elected by the voters in that Council area.
