Great Falls Municipal Court Closure

Due to the recent flooding in the basement of the Civic Center, the Great Falls Municipal Court has deemed it necessary to close the office to allow the restoration process to be completed as quickly as possible. The Municipal Court office will be closed on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 12:00 pm for the day and for the entire day on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

Municipal Court staff will be periodically checking their voicemail and returning calls as soon they are able.  You can e-mail the Municipal Court at citycourt@greatfallsmt.net with any questions and/or concerns. The online payment system will not be affected, and you may make your payment at citepayusa.com if you are current on your monthly payment.

All hearings and trials have been continued by the Court, and you will receive that notice by mail or by your counsel if you are represented.

The Municipal Court expects to open on Thursday, November 17, 2022, for normal business.
