The new Recreation Center is owned by the City of Great Falls and the Park and Recreation Department oversees daily operations.
Plans are reviewed by the type of project and in the order in which they are received. Expediting a permit would necessitate delaying another permit. There are seldom instances where each applicant is not in a hurry. The best way to expedite your permit is to submit a quality set of plans with complete and detailed information.
An individual must contact the prosecuting attorney's office and request a copy. It is the prosecutor's discretion as to what is released, when, and to whom.

Police Reports are confidential and may be released under specific conditions. Yes, the Montana Department of Revenue (DOR) routinely sends state employees to conduct property appraisals to update records. Employees will drive a state car, will wear a fluorescent green vest, and will have ID and business cards with them. They will not enter structures without the owner's permission.

Property owners are welcome to schedule a visit with the DOR to ensure they are on-site when the state employee arrives. You may contact the Great Falls DOR office at 406-454-7460.
The Building and Planning Divisions normally review plans in the order in which they are received. The Planning & Community Development Department establishes priorities based on a first-come, first-served basis. However, projects of a minor nature are mixed in with the review of more complex plans to maintain desired time frames.

The pre-trial/omnibus hearing listed on the Defendant’s court-issued notice of trial is a Defendant’s opportunity to meet with the prosecutor to resolve any matters pertinent to trial. Failure to attend an omnibus/pre-trial hearing may result in certain rights being waived at the time of trial.
