City Offices Closed for the Christmas & New Year’s Holiday

City offices, including the Civic Center, Great Falls Public Library, Animal Shelter, and Community Recreation Center will be closed on Friday, December 25, for the Christmas holiday and on Friday, January 1, for the New Year’s holiday. In addition, City offices will be closing at 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 24, and Thursday, December 31. The Community Recreation Center will open on Thursday, December 24, from 6 a.m to 2 p.m, and Thursday, December 31, from 6 a.m to 6 p.m.
Residential and commercial sanitation collection will be one day behind the regularly scheduled days for the Christmas and New Year’s holiday weeks. Great Falls residents are encouraged to recycle their live, unflocked Christmas trees from December 28 – January 8 at Meadowlark Park or Malmstrom AFB’s Balfour Beatty Community Center.
