City Commission Meeting, May 5, 2020

5/4/20 - RIM policy (exhibit A to resolution 10344) was updated for Agenda Item 6.  The majority of edits was deleting the overuse of the comma.  More substantial though, a correction was made to page 1, section 2.0:  changed the word “affective” to “effective” (page 21 of the agenda packet) and on page 5, section 7.3, the second bullet, the words “Records Coordinator” were added to make it clear “who” would forward the records disposal form to the Records Manager (page 25 of the agenda packet).
