City Manager Names Interim Planning & Community Development Director

City Manager Greg Doyon named Tom Micuda the Interim Planning & Community Development Director while the City completes its search for a permanent replacement. Micuda assumed the interim role effective March 8, 2023. The position became vacant after the former director, Craig Raymond, left after 12 years of service. Raymond’s last day was March 7, 2023.

Micuda has served as the City’s Deputy Director for the Planning & Community Development Department since March 2016. Prior to his work at the City of Great Falls, he served as Planning Director in Bloomington, Indiana, for 16 years.

The Planning & Community Development Director job announcement is being advertised nationwide. The first round of applications was reviewed this week.
