2024 Electric City Winter Classic

2024 Electric City Winter Classic Youth Basketball Tournament

     The 2024 Electric City Winter Classic Youth Basketball Tournament, Sponsored by Steel Etc and Great Falls Park and Recreation department, will be held over two weekends this year. The Girls Youth Tournament grades 3rd - 8th will be January 6 and 7.  The Boys Youth Tournament grades 3rd - 8th will be January 13 and 14. 

     Registration opens November 1, 2023.  Deadline for registration is December 15 or when team limit is reached.  Registration is $485.00 per team. $285 is due at the time of registration with a $200 gate fee due by 12/30/2023 (this will eliminate having to pay admission at the games to come and watch).  No refunds will be given without written request and approval of the Park and Recreation Department and no refunds will be approved after December 15, 2023 (refunds that are approved will have a $30 processing fee applied).  

     Registration can be completed online or by phone Monday - Friday by calling Erica or Jerry at 406-727-6099.  Walk-in registration is at the Community Recreation Center, located at 801 2nd Ave N. 

     Games are played in several gyms throughout Great Falls including the Community Recreation Center, Great Falls High School, CMR High School, Great Falls Central Catholic, East Middle School, Paris Gibson Education Center, and North Middle School. 

     Saturday games will include a round robin pool play of play consisting of 3 games with a single elimination tournament to follow on Sunday.

     All bracket and tournament information will be posted on the 2024 Electric City Winter Classic Facebook event page; Saturday schedules will be available at https://greatfallsmt.net/recreation.
