The FOG Program is a preventive program to stop Food Service Establishments (FSE) from discharging Fats, Oils and Grease into the sanitary sewer that will interfere with the City’s Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW).  The Trucked and Hauled Waste Program is for companies that discharge waste into the City sewer systems that enters the POTW.
