Load-In Access

• West side of the Mansfield Convention Center access, through an overhead door
• When unloading from the circle drive on the south side of the Mansfield Convention Center, vehicles may not drive on the sidewalk to access the doors
• Vehicles must park in the parking lots to the west, across the RR tracks, behind either the Children's Museum or the Energy West building; accessed from River Drive

Stage

• Wenger portable stage, height adjusts from 3' to 4' high
• Default size is 3' high x 16' deep x 40' wide (consists of twenty 4' x 8' piece); adaptable configurations

• Default location: east wall

House Lights

• Mercury vapor and incandescent
• Ceiling mounted, full and dimmer lighting capability, 18' from floor to bottom of lamps

Auxiliary Power

• One 100 amp 3 phase with camlock hookup (located in NE corner)
• 87 outlets with 20 amp/110 volts, located on walls and floors
• Numerous 20 amp/120 volts with 2 outlets per circuit, located on floors/walls
• Two 50 amp/220 volt outlets and two 30 amp/200 on the east wall
• Two distribution boxes available to plug into these outlets each with 8 outlets
• Two 50 amp services on the west wall
• Mansfield Theater power may be added at an additional cost
